We actually wanted to spend the start of the new year at the seaside, but the weather was not so exhilarating, and the prospects for short-term improvement looked rather bleak. So we decided to take it easy and started with a trip to the aquarium here in Austin. After all, we don’t have to explore all of Texas in the first few weeks. We will start with that in the coming weeks…
That you can even pet the animals here (including the sea creatures) was an exciting experience in places.
